No, the in-app purchase for premium features in our mobile games is a one-time payment. Once you’ve made the purchase, the additional content and features are permanently unlocked for your account.

Some of our apps can only be installed after purchase. If you paid for one of these apps, it will be permanently associated with your account. You can reinstall it free of charge as long as you use the same account or one linked through Family Sharing or the Family Library.

On the other hand, if you paid for an in-app purchase, simply reinstall the free version of the app and follow the instructions below to restore your purchase.

  2. Verify that the account used to make the purchase is the same as the one authenticated on the device.

  5. On Apple devices, you may need to press the “Restore” button on the purchase screen.

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot audio issues in our games:

  1. In-Game Audio Settings:

    • Make sure that the audio is enabled in the game’s settings or pause menu. Some of our games have an option to disable audio, which might be turned off.
  2. Device Volume Controls:

    • Check your device’s volume settings to ensure the sound is turned up and not muted.
  3. Voiceover Channel in ABC Dinos:

    • For ABC Dinos, the voiceover may use a different audio channel (such as alerts or notifications) on some devices. If you can hear the music but not the voice, this could be the problem. Check the device’s audio settings to ensure all channels are active and none are muted.
  4. iPhone Notification Switch:

    • On some iPhone models, there is a physical switch on the side of the phone that mutes notification sounds. Ensure this switch is not set to mute.

To restore your game progress on a new device, follow these steps:

First, check if your game supports this feature. Currently, only Monster Numbers, Dino Tim, and Math Land have the option to save and restore progress online.

In your game, go to the settings menu and look for the Didactoons ID option. If you don’t have a Didactoons ID, create one, or log in with your existing ID. This ID will save your progress online.

To restore your progress on a new device, download and install the game. Open the game and navigate to the settings menu. Log in with your Didactoons ID, and your progress should be restored automatically.
